Program Manager – Youth Development

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Program Manager – Youth Development to oversee and enhance our youth-focused initiatives. This role involves program design, implementation, staff coordination, and partnership development to ensure positive outcomes for the youth we serve.

Key Responsibilities

Program Development & Implementation

• Design and implement youth development programs that align with the organization’s mission.
• Monitor and evaluate program impact, making adjustments as needed for continuous improvement.
• Develop curricula, workshops, and activities to engage youth in leadership, life skills, and personal development.

Community & Partner Engagement

• Build and maintain partnerships with schools, local organizations, and stakeholders to enhance program reach.
• Represent the organization in community meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
• Collaborate with local businesses and sponsors to secure resources for program initiatives.

Team Leadership & Volunteer Management

• Supervise and support program staff, interns, and volunteers.
• Provide training and professional development opportunities for the team.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all youth participants.

Budget & Grant Management

• Assist in developing and managing program budgets.
• Support grant writing and fundraising efforts to sustain and expand youth programs.
• Track expenditures and maintain compliance with funding requirements.

Youth & Family Engagement

• Establish strong relationships with youth participants and their families
